房間直面海景，無敵美，早上還能看到日出。酒店服務很貼心，每天有贈送小點心，mini bar也隨時換新。泳池沙灘都值得一個滿分，池邊服務生還會貼心幫忙調整遮陽傘，確保大家不會直曬又能躺平吹海風。

非常棒的酒店，感謝中國總經理幫忙安排了位置極佳的房間，這里的客房設計優雅舒適。房間寬敞明亮,床鋪柔軟舒適,讓人一躺下就能感受到深深的放松。酒店的位置極佳,緊鄰海灘,早晨可以在沙灘上看日出。酒店的餐飲服務同樣令人印象深刻。早餐種類豐富,從新鮮水果到精致糕點和熱食,應有盡有。此外,酒店還提供了多種休閑設施,如健身房、游泳池和SPA中心。最愛躺著沙灘邊的躺椅上，服務員立馬貼心的過來給鋪好毯子打好傘。下次有機會,我一定會再次選擇這里作為我的度假勝地。

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Beach with white sands and clear water. Perfect for families. Love their surprise of the day. Breakfast is average. It's in the heart of Samui. I booked a pool villa. Cleaninest is poor. The pool was dirty and smelly. I paid for the villa to use the pool for three nights, but I ended up not using it at all. It was our wedding anniversary but didn't go well i as wanted. Survived mosquito bites. A snake slithered at my door, just outside the villa. So please be aware. Though i like the hotel, I'm not sure if I'll ever go back again after experiencing all those unpleasant things. Snake was the last thing I expected to see in a star hotel.

Recently stayed at Centara for our honeymoon and it was indeed the best hotel we stayed in Koh Samui. Was greeted by Mr Neil and his staff during our check in. We had a really comfortable stay and staff were always ready to assist with any request. Love the idea of “surprise of the day” button in the room, where they deliver different types of chocolate each day. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. We went to salt society restaurant for two consecutive nights as they serve high quality food with big portions. It was also refreshing to try out so many salt flavors for our meal. Overall, my stay at Centara was nothing short of exceptional with their great hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was such a nice hotel with a very well trained staff that give incredible service! The manager, Neil, made my stay even more enjoyable by adding some surprises in the room on my birthday. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the weekend brunch at Salt Society, one of the hotel restaurants, was amazing! I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel located at the best part of the beach in all of Samui, heaps of water sports to choose from for both kids and adults, great spa and massage, very nice food, unlimited mini bar, and most of all fantastic service. Great staff and in particular Manager Li who really helped to look after us. Would come back again if visiting Koh Samui no doubt.

The service is impeccable. Everyone at the resort is kind and helpful. So many great little details that are unique to the hotel like “surprise of the day” and snacks throughout the day. The resort is big and has its own price beach where you can jet ski and many other water sports. There’s also a beach club and many other entertainment facilities. I’ll definitely come back!
