超喜歡盛泰樂不管是環境服務還是餐食都可以打滿分?? 此時此刻坐在金普頓酒店的我無比想念盛泰樂服務態度差一長截總經理李登峯先生也非常熱情主動為我們換了房間還送了spa和餐飲的折扣下次來蘇梅島必住

超出預期的酒店！酒店位置好周邊吃的東西很多，房間里mini bar里的東西全都免費而且每天都會補充，住店期間沒在外面買過飲料。酒店GM是中國人非常nice，給我們推薦了酒店spa和外面很多好吃的好玩的，回去以後會推薦朋友們再來的。

The best Hotel we stayed in, just wish it was for longer. Everything was spot on from the moment we arrived. Friendly staff and always smiling. Breakfast was great and fresh. Thank you for a memorable stay!!

酒店環境乾凈舒適風格簡約高級隨便拍都很出片早餐的菜品都不錯種類不算多但味道還可以海邊度假勝地出行也方便周邊很多地方走路可達

整體：非常優越的。有預算的無腦沖！訂的隱世海洋房間優秀的設施環境，內外的整個設計非常非常喜歡，衞生間和浴室很大很喜歡，可直接觀景，在陽臺上可以放松一下午的。每天補充小冰箱，每日還有小驚喜，可能是水果拼盤或者小零食，巧克力的。早餐也非常好。就是最喜歡的打拋飯只有一次周三，不知道是不是每周都周三員工服務態度很棒，來自上海區的經理給予了很大的幫助與關懷，突發的小意外也很順利的解決處理了。非常感謝。有單獨的酒店app介紹，頁面設定希望可以更方便一些，有一些客房需要并不是很及時方便

The hotel itself was amazing. It was just a shame that there were a few children causing trouble in the pool (eg pouring their drinks in the pool); so this ruined the peaceful stay I had in mind. However, overall the rooms were clean and the service went above and beyond.

全蘇梅最愛的酒店，最細節的酒店沒有之一！！今年3月來了我們中國的總經理，知道我們是中國同胞後特地過來介紹自己，給我們講解酒店一些調整及變化，提前幫我們選定了景觀很好的房型，送了歡迎果盤，格外友好親切，各項體驗感都拉滿了，父母也稱贊聲不斷！！！離開酒店前還貼心幫我們延遲退房，真的很贊！！但也有地方希望可以繼續改進： 1、每天的房間清潔可以在客人離開房間後進行，一天只打掃一次會導致房間飲用水物資缺乏，雖然打電話給前臺立馬就送了，但是體驗感會有所下降～有時候如果打掃時間和我們出門時間有沖突就會導致一天沒有飲用水補充，每次都要打電話去前臺，這樣對不會英文的父母不太友好～因為我們是從洲際轉到盛泰瀾，有對比就會有挑剔，希望以後可以當天晚上補充第二天物資或是在每天早晨補充，這樣體驗感會更好～ 2、早餐出品和之前相比有所下降，出品質量不太穩定，雖然很貼心的添加了品類，豐滿了菜單，但同樣的菜式味道和擺盤會有區別，班尼迪克蛋有一天居然還忘加火腿片～而且餐廳服務也有待加強，雖然是個別服務生的態度問題，但沒有做到對進餐廳的客人及時的有求必應，會有所延遲和疏漏，這樣體驗感也會有影響，希望可以繼續改進～廢話那麼多就可以看出我對盛泰瀾的喜愛，有期待才會有要求，所以總的來説，盛泰瀾還是我在蘇梅最愛的酒店，擁有最棒的海灘，在最熱鬧的街區，交通便利，離機場很近，附近好吃的、按摩店、超市都很多，對年輕人很友好，如果餐廳出品和room service可以加強就很完美了～

酒店早餐、泳池、沙灘都非常不錯。房間是現代裝修風格，我們選的房型有浴缸和麪朝大海的陽臺，但是屋子不是很大，可能這里就是寸土寸金吧酒店有一位經理是中國人，我們剛一入住就給到很熱情細致的接待，因為我們喜歡自己隨性安排假期，在入住的幾天內就就也沒向他做其他諮詢和交流

一間五臟俱全的房間空間剛剛好太舒服了從到酒店到離開沒有一點失望服務超級棒泳池的酒吧我們待了兩下午認識了世界各地來的客人一起聊一起放松酒店走出去就是海長長的怎麼走水都是還在腰這里泡在那不想回來了吃了酒店的餐廳做了SPA 環境太好一絕了也是為什麼選擇了這家酒店應為比較新真的沒有讓我失望感謝所有的酒店員工我的生日周太完美了！

房間有點小，估計是加了床的原因，顯得小了些，一開窗就是游池，太方便啦，在房間里換好衣服直接下水，上來直接就沖澡，很棒！早起能看到完美的日出，太開心了??還有早餐太好吃了??沒吃夠啊，下次還來
